What does Pulsavo do with our customer data?
We only access publicly visible Google reviews on your business profile. We never store, sell, or share customer information. Replies are written and posted through your Google Business Profile with permissions you control.
How do you actually capture how I sound?
Through a 30-minute onboarding conversation and a few example replies you share with us. We build a voice profile and refine it over time based on your feedback.
What happens with a bad review?
We flag negative or sensitive reviews for your approval before responding. You always have final say on tough replies.
