Pulsavo started the way most small businesses do — with a problem I couldn't stop thinking about.

I'd watched independent restaurants pour everything they had into their food, their service, and their people, and then leave their Google reviews sitting there unanswered. Not because they didn't care — because there were only so many hours in the day, and replying thoughtfully to every review wasn't going to be one of them.
